


Terms & Conditions...
- A 25% deposit is required to secure you wedding day.
- Remainder of balance is due 14 days prior to commencement of ceremony.
- In the event of rain or inclement weather the bride and groom may choose another date within 12 months and all deposits and monies will be applied to new date.
- In the event that you may need to postpone for personal reasons, 14 days notice is needed for deposits to be applied to new date.
- In the event you need to cancel, prior to 14 days all deposits are forfeited to S.E.A. Ceremonies. In the event you cancel within 14 days of the ceremony, all monies will be forfeited to S.E.A. Ceremonies.
- Wedding’s performed outside of Brevard County is subject to a minimal travel charges.
- Photography agreement is due prior to ceremony.
- As much as we try to be understanding about traffic and elements out of our control. In the wedding business punctuality is a must due to the fact there may be a wedding that is following yours. Please advise all persons in the wedding party and guests that the wedding will start promptly on time. If parties are not there to start within 30 minutes of ceremony time it will be treated as a "No Show" All equipment, decorations, and employee's of S.E.A. Ceremonies will vacate the location and all monies will be forfeited. As harsh as this rule may sound imagine if the wedding before yours was late and we waited and was unable to do YOUR wedding!
